Gynaecomastia
Male breasts / "man boobs" / "moobs" several colloquial terms for a condition that is quite common. I see a number of men with a wide range of severity. There are many solutions available to treat this and it is tailored to the individual. Options include excision, liposuction, +/- skin tightening / reduction.
