Every woman should do kegel excercises,all the time.You should do them more so now if you’re planning to go the natural way as it helps make your muscles more elastic, able to stretch and get back to size.When I first got pg,I invested in a good book that had many answers and scenarios for pregnancy and birth,and lots more.It was a worthwhile purchase.I don’t recall the title nor author though,as I gave out my copy,but i am sure you can get a good one from where you are.It is good to get a ‘certified’ view of the issues your are experiencing.
