hi guys, i've had lipo before about five years ago or so and went in for round 2 this thursday 6/28. (edit: all new areas, except knees)

i got my arms, back, waist and knees done. my arms are bothering me the most. the other areas are bruised but not as swollen or tender. my arms are killing me and the compression sleeve feels too constricting. also, it's making blisters on the inner bend of my arm, the area opposite the elbow; it's like the thick garment is pinching that tender skin and irritating it when the elbow is bent.

i'm in my mid twenties, and my arms were about 12 inches before, most of the fat was all the way on top. i remember recovery being annoying the last time, but i feel like it's going pretty well this time. the day of wasn't bad, i was mostly in a daze. the next day was hell for the first half of the day until 5pm.

starting last night i'm already walking, sitting up and down and moving around like a normal person. i'm still sore of course, and really bruised but it's not bad, except for the arms. the garment is killing me!!!
my pain killer meds are running out, should i ask for a refill? i've been tapering them off because i have only 4 pills left.

am i being impatient or are the arms expected to be this uncomfortable compared to everything else? the skin on the inner bend part is burning when i have my elbows bent. the compressed part feels like a over-stuffed sausage.

what can i do to make myself more comfortable? should i elevate my arms? should i ask for pain meds refill? should i just be patient?

any advice will be greatly appreciated. thank you!
