Clothing after lipo of waist?

Will I be able to wear my regular clothes to work or should I go purchase loose dresses in preparation for work for the weeks following my lipo?

Yes, that is exactly what I mean. Most of my clothes are a fitted to me, meaning there is no room to spare for swelling. You seem to know a lot about all of this so let me ask you your opinion on garment/binder after lipo. should I order it now or wait until the doc. tells me what I should wear. when I asked the office they told me if I need a binder the doc. will let me know afterwards and he will have a garment for me if I need one.
My concern is what if he doesn't think I need one yet I do want one. Shouldn't I order it from now so that I have it on the day of surg.?
