View Full Version : Lines between the eyes?

I have seen lots of brow lifts and they seem to always involve the forehead in pulling the skin up.
How easy is it for the surgeon to only pull the skin far enough to get rid of the little frown line between the eyes, without making the skin too tight?

Diana,
browlift philosophy has changed over the last few years and what we generally aim to do nowadays is not over-elevate the inner (medial) end of the eyebrow.
Although this is the easiest part of the brow to lift the eyebrow shape can take on a sad appearance if the medial end of the brow is over elevated.
If the issue is horizontal glabellar lines rather than brow height and shape then you could consider botox, a chemical peel or skin resurfacing as alternatives to a browlift.
Please watch the browlift video in the animated procedures section on my site: www.mhclinic.co.uk
