They sound fantastic, something that I would be interested in, I am currently doing mine with a shop bought product, gosh I have to fill a plastic thing that goes around my teeth then put in onto my teeth and leave it like that for 20 minutes, it tastes awful and takes ages.I'll check out those that you mention.

I found A home remedies for whitening teeth from my aunt she said put baking soda and peroxide on your teeth brush by it's self and it worked I used method all through school

I have used baking soda and peroxide for many years. I do it two or three times a week. My teeth are not sparkling white like you get from in office dentist treatments, but they look pretty good considering I'm almost 40 and a tea drinker.

I just took a little bit of lemon juice like mouth wash and brushed my teeth w normal teeth paste and sprinkled some salt on top and brush my teeth were whiter in tingly but be careful WW the lemon juice it can damage your teeth
