Every one has a beauty regime whether it be loads of creams etc and some swear by soap and water. I wonder if we swap tips here maybe we can come upon something that may work for us and get some ideas ?

I use a shop bought cleanser by Nivea, I tone with Glycerin and rose water and I moisture with E45.

Dove beauty bars for my face on a daily basis, and wear a moisturizing sunscreen during the day. Every once in a while I will give myself a facial with Rhassoul clay.

To avoid wrinkles, I am very careful with smiling, meaning I never grin.

lol I like the anti wrinkle tip, I may just try that myself. I like Dove products but haven't tried any for the face, I do always be weary in changing my products as my skin is quite sensitive.

I used the Dove cleanser, in "soap bar" form, because my dermatologist said that is the most gentle product on the market.

Since wrinkles are caused by repeated muscle movement, it's easy to figure out where you are going to get them. Just stand in the mirror and make your normal facial expressions. Smiling and squinting create most of our expression wrinkles. Gravity causes the rest as the skin "slides down" our faces, with age.

I've heard nothing about Vichy, but I have a few general tips about purchasing skincare products....

If the ingredients are labeled "proprietary blend" or something equally mysterious, you can pretty much bet that you can get the same ingredients in cheaper products.

IF you can avoid paying more than $30.00 for a face cream, do it. IF you want to, you can add pricier ingredients on your own, to cheaper creams, and the ingredients can be found online...which brings me to my last tip....

Read the label!

There are websites that tell you about how much of a "special" ingredient can be used safely.

i have sensitive skin too, Dove soap was all good to me and I'm using it daily. It leaves moisture in my skin.
