Hi there

My sister has got some pretty bad acne (poor thing). She has a prom this summer and wants to look her best for the boys In Love Smiley!

Can chemical peels help her skin? She has already tried antibiotics and roaccutane from the hospital skin specialist.

Luckily I never has a serious acne problem, but I know someone at work who has and his face is covered with crater like scars.

Has she tried using a Salicylic Acid or 10% Peroxide face cleanser or face cream?

Both of these will dry the outermost layer of the skin, making it look better over a few weeks, just as a chemical peel at the doctor's office will make the skin look better, just faster.

She can also crush and dissolve aspiring and dab it on blemishes to help with outbreaks.

She can also use Apple Cider Vinegar and/ or Witch Hazel after washing to help dry active blemishes and smooth scars ever so slightly
