psoriasis and transplanting skin?

Hello. I have psoriasis and I am interested whether it is possible to transplant skin from a part of your body which is healthy or from an other person to get healthy again? i mean, can this new skin help your body think that your skin isn't an enemy?

Psoriasis is a difficult problem to manage- skin grafting is not a good idea - there is a problem with scarring as well. I would uggest you have a look at:
