Hi everyone,
Sarah here, I'm new to the website but i have been looking thru alot of posts, theres a tonne of good info on here! Hopefully im posting this in the right area.
Basically, what it comes down to is I've got some extra lbs to get off!! I'm having trouble keeping the weight off, I've tried weight watchers, herbal one, Uwtloss and others, my problem is yes I can lose 30-50lbs but i always pile it back on as soon as i'm back on my own.
I've been researching a bit about orbera the intragastric balloon, and there's a place close to where I live in southwestern ontario that does the procedure, It's a non surgical procedure, where they put a balloon filled with saltwater into your stomach for about 6 months to help with weightloss and teach/train your brain better about portion control.
I'm scheduled to go for a consult at the place in a couple weeks to learn more about the procedure.
Has anyone done this, heard about it? have any stories for me?
Anything would be appreciated!
