Mastopexy or Augmentation?

Having just retired and received a nice pension, I am thinking of having surgery to boost my cleavage which was lost long ago due to pregnancy. I am just wondering if anyone can advise whether it would be better for me to have implants or just get them lifted?

Hi Wendy,
It depends on your anatomical situation and your level motivation to regain anatomical perfection.
If there hasn't been too much sagging then implants may be all that is necessary to achieve your goal.
If they have sagged significantly then undergoing an uplift (maybe with implants) may be the better option.

Having a big implant is not a great idea in the context of a saggy breast though as they will tend to sag more.

You need to see an experienced specialist to take your desires and expectations into accouont and advise you on how best to proceed,

Thanks for the advice. I have been receiving recommendations for surgeons in my area on another thread so now that I have those I will proceed towards a consultation.
